Out of area lawns extra (must consider travel time and gas usage)
Sod: Prices are contingent on property layout and accessibility.
Approximate rate per pallet is $200-$250 for material and installation.

Mention this website and take advantage of 25% off  monthly services
during the winter.
(These months include November through February)

Bottom line is, your grass won't grow as much in the winter and we
don't feel you should have to pay as much.
